1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service. Our primary carriers include DHL, FedEx, and local postal services for select destinations.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather events, or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately during checkout, including apartment/suite numbers. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at Customer@jashboutique.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Important: JASH Boutique is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to these fees, which are determined by your local customs authorities and are collected upon delivery or by the carrier.

We are legally required to declare the full value of the merchandise on international shipments. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue the contents.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pay customs charges), we will contact you. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household members, neighbors, or building management. If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. If the carrier confirms loss, please contact us at Wihoyaf3410k@hotmail.com with the details, and we will assist in filing a claim and resolving the issue.
